This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, a bar, and 24-hour reception, it has everything I need. I remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones. I'll be back for Christmas!

The hotel was original, and I greatly enjoyed knowledgeable staff and huge room. The room with very comfortable bed. The breakfast was fresh made and superb with an omelette and fried eggs, as example, and the restaurant's offer was great. The location was beautiful and amazing as for me, adjacent to Ballina's wonderful Mount Falcon, resteraunt, and the restaurant...

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment you went through the door the staff make you feel like your the only one that matters. Restaurant and food was super. Room was very big and well laid out. Would definately recomment this hotel .
Only complaint was that there were too many children at the hotel as it was Easter weekend. Don't think it's really a hotel suitable for children.

Wow factor when you pulled onto the estate, very ornate and posh. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms very nicely decorated.
Our room was on the side of the building and there was no way to regulate the heat, the room was very hot and the windows only opened approximately 4 inches, never cooled down, so sleeping was a challenge. Get a corner room or go on a cold day.

A Relaxing Retreat with Excellent Service
During my solo stay, I enjoyed an spacious Superior Twin Room. The calming atmosphere at the spa worked wonders-highly recommend the massage! Dining at the onsite restaurant was a highlight. The delicious dinner and attentive staff made it nice. Don't miss breakfast in bed!

I found it to be up to standard as a manor/ country house- if perhaps a little expensive to be honest!! Their menu is too expensive perhaps if they lowered the room price and menu it would appeal to bigger bookings! however the staff were very nice and i would go back but not straight away! its alovely country house the grounds are fabulous and its well worth a visit!!1

Excellent accommodation; friendly, helpful staff; very comfortable and relaxing.
The service at breakfast time did not match the otherwise excellent experience.

The room was really spacious and had a luxurious vibe with nice toiletries and a big bath. I loved the new coffee machine too! The mattress was comfy and made for great sleep. Just wish there were more toiletries available, like shampoo, but overall, a pretty good setup!

Lovely staff. Great breakfast service. Pool very nice. Generally a lovely place to stay.
The poor staff in the bar area were run off their feet and trying to serve food in 3 separate rooms. Bit chaotic. We just felt very sorry for the absolutely lovely staff. Maybe the hotel could put some effort into this area and less into the restaurant as it seemed like most people chose to eat in the bar.

This hotel is located in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by beautiful grounds, trees, lakes and woodland walks. It is an ideal place to get away from the maddening crowd, to relax, take walks, enjoy nature, etc. It is safe for children to cycle or run around outside. It is close enough to Ballina if you want to do some shopping, or to do some scenic touring. It is also close to golf clubs and provides fishing and shooting options as well.
We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

I liked the fact that the staff were friendly and efficient without being oppressively so. The facilities and surroundings were well kept and not at all shabby yet it was very comfortable and welcoming. The evening meal we had on the Saturday was excellent.
